CP2317-22 Targeted Prevention for Sexual and Reproductive Health- Condom Distribution Service

A condom distribution scheme for young people aged 13-24 years in Devon and Torbay in support of a wider campaign to inform and enable young people to make safe sexual health choices. The provider will ensure condom distribution is provided as the standard prevention offer to enable young people, and in particular those most at risk of poor sexual and reproductive health outcomes, to be able to make informed and responsible decisions about healthy consensual relationships, safer sex and condom use and all aspects of sexual and reproductive health. The provider will enable access to good quality advice and information through an annually agreed communication and marketing plan targeted at young people's behaviours promoting healthy relationships, consent, safer sex and condom use to support and increase the uptake of the condom distribution scheme.
