2188 Gateway House Alterations & Refurbishment - AWARD

De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works:

Alterations and Refurbishment at Gateway House, De Montfort University, Leicester: To undertake full refurbishment works to various areas of the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floor levels of Gateway House on the De Montfort University campus in Leicester. Works are to include but are limited to; new partitions, doors, flooring, decoration and suspended ceilings to rooms, in addition to installation of new mechanical and electrical alterations and other associated items outlined within this schedule of works.

Length of Main Contract Period: 22 weeks Lead in Period - 4 weeks Start on site - 15/4/24 Completion - 13/9/24
