## Description

The Pre Apprenticeship Support Service is to support Southwark residents of all ages into apprenticeships by providing high quality, effective careers and employability support and advice so they can successfully compete in the labour market now and in the future\. The provider will support those interested in starting, changing or progressing their career by completing an apprenticeship\. The provider will work alongside providers in the council's Southwark Works service, supporting the network in preparing their clients for apprenticeships and providing ongoing support to clients to ensure they have the best chance of completing their apprenticeship whilst working with employers to secure quality apprenticeships\.
