## Description

Middlesbrough Borough Council is seeking Tenders for the services of an architectural firm to produce all work required and act as lead consultant for the reimagining of Central Library as part of the award of Cultural Development Funding from the Arts Council\. Taking the design from the current conceptual design \(RIBA 2\) to completion and handover \(RIBA 7\), adhering to the works required in the RIBA stages in between\.
