undertaking Electrical Installation Condition Reports First Choice Homes are seeking to appoint a single provider to carry out (EICR'S) and associated remedial works to its domestic properties communal areas, community rooms, boiler houses, offices and shops for a period of 2 years with an optional to extend by up to a further 2 years in annual increments.
