Work description
Northumbria police are seeking to implement the DA Matters Training programme which has been developed by the College of Policing to achieve a 'whole force sustainable approach' to domestic abuse and give a deeper understanding of the impact of coercive and controlling behaviour.
Northumbria Police are looking to provide DA Matters training to approximately 1500 officers/staff.
The successful supplier will:
• Demonstrate commercial advantage, stability, technical capability, and the capacity to deliver the required service, including the provision of options in terms of delivery style, options around workshop/training capacity per lesson
• Fully understand the service required and provide a cost effective, service that meets the needs.
• Manage the contract and work in partnership with the PCC.
• Measure performance to demonstrate achievement.
• Be fully compliant with all applicable legislations and have robust quality control / assurance processes.
