Plymouth City Council is seeking a specialist permit management company to assist with the introduction of a subscription charge for Garden Waste collections\. In order to successfully deliver this service the supplier must provide an end-to-end permit management service - which satisfies Plymouth City Council's permit management, printing and postage requirements as detailed in the specification\.
