A licence for Wealden tenants to use HomeSwapper \(up to 3,200 households\) for free to register for a mutual exchange\. Enabling them to advertise their own property and find suitable matches\. Additionally, for the council to access data on the use of the webbased platform by its tenants\. In addition, the supply of a hosted solution to provide case management of the mutual exchange process once a Wealden tenant has found a suitable match\. This will be via SwapTracker\.
