The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Professional Services for Moseley Road Baths including: • Conservation Architecture and Design Services • Project Management • Cost Control • Health and Safety Advisory • Structural Engineering • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Work on Moseley Road Baths in Birmingham to run in 3 phases.
