The LGA is looking to commission a guide on good governance for combined authorities, to be published on the LGA's website, to address: What does good governance for a combined authority look like? What does a combined authority need to do to establish good governance? Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
