## Description

This contract is for the provision of a team to deliver alpha and beta phase outcomes for an MVP1\.0 release of a market surveillance product safety data hub\. This will exchange data with external sources to drive services and improve intelligence capability\. It will enable case management and notifications on product safety issues\.
