***Modification of the Contract***

CR20130 001 - The total contract value shall be increased by y £74,078.00 excluding VAT.

CR20130 002 - The contract end date will be changed from 30th November 2023 to 30th September 2024.

CR20130 003 - The contract end date will be changed from 30th September 2024 to 31st March 2025.

CR20130 004 - The contract end date will be changed from 31st March 2025 to 30th June 2025.
