## Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council \(TWBC\) is looking to build a Changing Places Facility inside an existing civic building, using the space currently occupied by a storage room and adjoining storage area\. We are looking to move most of the equipment from the existing facility in The Gateway to the Camden Centre which are approximately 1 mile apart\.
