## Description

Hampshire Pension Services \(HPS\) provides pension scheme administration services across a range of public sector organisations\. While most member communications are issued via email or made available through the online pension member portal, a proportion of members still require printed correspondence\. These communications must be delivered in line with the requirements set out in Part 9 of The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes \(Disclosure of Information\) Regulations 2013\. HPS is entering into a new contract for the provision of secure, compliant and timely print and mail services to ensure continuity of service\. The contract was established via a call off from CCS Postal Services & Solutions Framework RM6280, Lot 6\.
