The successful provider(s) will be responsible for providing a 7 day per week Appropriate Adult provision between the hours of 8.30am to midnight weekdays, weekends and all Bank Holidays, as defined by the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (1984) and its Code of Practice. The Agreement will commence in July 2019 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further year.
