Work description
The London Borough of Lambeth is running a competitive tender to award a contract for the delivery of Hard FM (Planned and Reactive Maintenance Services). The term is five years with the option to extend for a further two years (1 year plus 1 year) and the estimated aggregate value for Lot 1 is £14m.
