## Description

The Runnymede Borough Council \('the Authority"\) wishes to procure the services of a Contractor to carry out Façade works at Audley House and Southam House which are low rise block of flats located opposite each other within their own grounds on Addlestone Park\. The work includes replacement of existing timber cladding and associated fixtures and fittings to all façade on the top floor with new composite cladding system along with installation of approved cavity barriers\.
