Demonstration Project - Park and Ride on the SRN

Highways England is seeking to procure a specialist professional and technical services (SPaTS) technical specialist to develop a comprehensive understanding and applicability of Park and Ride facilities on the SRN, identifying opportunities for implementing these interventions. Through this work the Consultant is required to provide the tools and techniques for how Park and Ride interventions could be identified and the potential benefits they could realise for the SRN and our customers. The Consultant is required to build upon existing Highways England knowledge, work with relevant and agreed stakeholders and deliver the project in line within existing Highways England processes.
