The services and specification required by the Council is detailed in the Service Profile and Specification Part B for each Lot against which bids and other elements for the services will be assessed\. The services are for the whole of the district of SNC\. 1\.2\.2 The Council has considered that this opportunity is suitable for small and medium sized enterprises \("SMEs"\) and, to assist, has decided to split its Services into two lots to ensure increased competition and opportunity: •Lot 1: Tree Surgery Services\. •Lot 2: Surveying of Trees at Ground Level\.
