Work description
As part of its planned maintenance programme for 2017/18, Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out the Roofing Refurbishment programme across 781 properties. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
