SOW - Transformation Programmes Workstream support

Description

The work will consolidate programme level delivery information, map cross programme dependencies and milestones, align delivery to strategic objectives and budget constraints, and establish fit for purpose portfolio artefacts to support ongoing prioritisation and decision making. The scope focuses on integration, structure, and practicality for portfolio management, rather than detailed delivery management of individual programmes. This will feed into the portfolio and will need to be in a consistent format but is not included in this scope of work.
