## Description

Tees Valley Combined Authority \(TVCA\) have entered into a contract with the award provider to undertake in-person audience surveying of festival visitors between 2024 and 2026 to capture the demographics of visitors, visitor spend and visitors experience of the festival which will contribute important data towards the evaluation and impact of the festivals, events and TVCA investment\. Additional festivals / events may require audience surveyors during the contract period\. There is an option to extend this contract to include coverage of future commitments accordingly\.
