## Description

To provide a Principle Designer role for Stage 2-5 on the works taking place at the Corner Plot, Rochdale Station Square\. The roles and requirements will include, Scope of Services • Confirm client awareness of CDM duties\. • Confirm suitable CDM management arrangements in place for the project\. • Gap analysis review of existing information advise on surveys and investigations required\. • Site visit\(s\) - identify hazards/risks and gather pre-construction information \(PCI\)\. • Prepare pre-construction information 'pack\.' • Set up and update project hazard and risk management \(HARM\) register/HARM Zero\. • Facilitate collaborative design risk management\. • Attend design team meetings/workshops as required \(via video conferencing where possible\)\. • Provide where required CDM progress reports including HARM summary\. • Provide where required CDM/H&S advice and support for the project team\. • Confirm content and format of health and safety file
