## Description

EHA wishes to engage a company to provide a Health Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme for its staff \(and their partners and families\) as part of a wider initiative to improve staff benefits in order to attract and retain staff\. Additional information: The resulting contract \(subject to performance\) shall be for three years with an option to extend for a further two years on an annual basis - total potential contract, five years\. The current contract value to EHA is in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum for the core services\. Upgrades and enhancements to the core services are paid for directly by individual employees\.
