AT1900 - Financial Management System

In 2025, the Corporate Finance team led a service improvement programme which identified the need to review the approach to managing finance within the Authority. A recommendation was made to review the market with a view to future proofing the strategic alignment of the solutions the Council uses. Discovery and research activities are due to commence with specialist consultancy. In the meantime, Luton has a risk preventative need to be supported by the existing supplier whilst the sourcing, implementation and onboarding activities are underway.
