## Description

This contract provides and sustains Southampton's network of 'Hate Crime' Third Party Reporting Centres \(TPRC\), to improve local reporting systems through the provision and maintenance of a Hate Crime Reporting App and to facilitate and host a Hate Crime network of local partner agencies\. This includes developing promotional and training materials for application across the city and within its partnerships\.
