The proposed data surge activity will tar-get the key data areas determined as pri-ority and essential to understanding the estate through the developing Organisa-tional Information Requirements \(OIR\), Asset Information Requirements \(AIR\), and emerging government mandated re-quirements resulting from initiatives such as InSite and Government Construction Metrics \(GCM\)\. 1,200 corporate reporting metrics that underpin key data reporting deliverables Interrogate Data, Identify Data Sources, categorise metrics and data sources
