GB-Southampton: GHT Architectural Services

Architectural Services for an Heritage Lottery Funded Stage II Project that has been developed under the RIBA 2007 Plan of Works to Stage D. The project is to create a mixed use heritage , arts, education and events centre both within the existing God's House Tower (Grade II and Scheduled Ancient Monument) which is located within the old City Wall of Southampton and provision of a new extension onto the North Wall of the existing historic building. The architectural services are to include for provision of lead designer, Contract Administrator and Principle Designer.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
