Commercial Readiness and LOD2 Reviews

Description

Agilia Infrastructure Partners Ltd (Agilia) have been engaged to the New Hospital Programme (NHP) for the provision of Commercial Readiness, Procurement Advisory support Managed Services since November 2021. Agilia are providing consultancy services to develop the maturity of the programme and acting as a strategic programme partner to NHP in areas where our Interim Commercial Partner (ICP) is conflicted. This contract was set up at the outset of the Programme in order to assist with conflicts from interim partner contracts. Additional information: The scope of services for this period is as follows: • Provision of Commercial Readiness assurance reviews for the NHP PDP, Digital Partner (DP) procurements and Main Works Framework (MWF) • Ongoing consultancy support to the Commercial Governance and Assurance team. A lack of Commercial Readiness reviews will jeopardise NHP's ability to prepare for, and deliver, a robust, challenge free PDP and DP and MWF.
