## Description

SEND Education, Heath & Care \(EHC\) Hub offers a full digitisation of the statutory EHC processes set out by the SEND Code of Practice\. It is a secure multi-agency collaboration tool for EHC Assessments, EHC plan creation and EHCP Reviews\. It provides a secure login for Families, professionals, and education settings to view and contribute information, whilst helping Local Authorities to effectively manage the processes and the associated statutory timeframes on each individual case\.
