A review of the scheme is required as there have been changes in legislation since the last review\. There is also a desire to review current procedures including the Housing Panel procedure and how partner agencies access accommodation for their customers e\.g Adult Social Care and Achieving for Children\. It is not expected that a root and branch review will be required\.
