The Authority requires a support contract for two Shimadzu LCMS systems based at Porton Down and Fort Halstead which offers - One annual Preventative Maintenance Visit; Emergency Breakdown Labour and Travel; 48hr response; All service parts; Software and firmware updates; Optional Regulatory Compliance Testing and Documentation
