## Description

Horsefly provides a self service online labour market analytics tool that allows organisations to analyse the labour market\. The tool scans multiple jobs boards to identify different job adverts \(demand\) and jobs boards/ social media to determine the potential number of active and passive job seekers \(supply\)\. The tool is refreshed every 24 hours to provide a dynamic picture of the UK and world labour market allowing employers to assess the supply and demand for labour across the world and through different filters\.
