## Description

Cost plan for Project: Formal Cost Plan 1 based on RIBA 2 level of design, for use in connection with the OBC submission\. We will produce two Formal Cost Plans, one for 100 workstations in a new build facility and one for 70 workstations to be installed in an existing building\.
