HEE are seeking to engage with business analysts/management consultants with expertise in reviewing and analysing research on successful elements of blending technology and human elements of work; developing a deep understanding of HEE's requirements; testing the research for translation into a complex organisation such as HEE; and offering recommendations and advice on how we might best harness technology, workspace planning, and designing and managing meaningful and sustainable change to achieve our 5 key objectives\.
