Design, planning, execution and delivery of the call-off Procurement and Award process for each Product Group through a team of dedicated resources. Provision of external expertise, best-practice, and insight to the Steerco members and Programme Team to help them ensure that the call off contracts, service designs, and ways of working that are delivered.
