Business Strategy and Transformation Consultant for Low Hall Depot Redevelopment for RIBA Stages 2 to 4.

Producing an Outline Business Case (OBC) based on the scalable application of the HM Treasury's Five Case Model and Green Book Guidance for the redevelopment of the Council's Low Hall Depot site. Following production of the OBC, there will be a requirement to update and keep in review the OBC at the end of each RIBA Stage, from RIBA Stages 2 to 3 and to produce a Final Business Case (FBC) at the end of RIBA Stage 4, prior to construction start of the new depot background
