Objective

DFID is seeking a Support Group to commission quality assure and deliver up to eight systematic reviews.

The Support Group will:

• Work with DFID policy teams to identify appropriate systematic review questions, aligning with DFID’s Policy Evidence Mapping (PEM) process. • Commission systematic reviews and provide a grant management function. • Provide needs assessment of selected review groups’ skill gaps, and deliver training and bespoke technical assistance to address these. • Provide a quality assurance function for the selected reviews. • Provide a project management function, ensuring that reviews are completed to an agreed timeline and reporting back to DFID on progress at agreed milestones. • Carry out agreed activities towards the communication of review findings.
