Description
Home Group wishes to appoint a maximum of three Contractor(s) on a ranked basis to undertake all aspects of electrical works within void and occupied properties to support their DLO team. This will consist of installation works, routine repairs, 5 yearly Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR's) & associated remedial works within the North East of England. The Framework is to provide support to the Direct Labour Organisation of Home Group Ltd. The Framework will commence on 1 April 2023 for a period of 24-months with a further 2 x 12-month options to extend. Tenderers should note that the Contract is a framework contract and orders under it will be made by Home Group as and when required. Home Group makes no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Contract. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is £1,000,000 over the period of the Framework (£150,000 - £250,000 per annum plus contingency). The value of the Framework is subject to change based on our requirements.
