LGSS IT Procurement Consultancy RFQ

We are seeking an ICT Procurement Expert of WAN, Wi-Fi and Cloud.

The successful bidder will have an extensive knowledge and practical experience of ICT procurement of WAN, WiFi and cloud through OJEU and will utilise this to Liaise with and report to the Project Manager, EastNet Technical Board, and LGSS Procurement Lead to deliver the following

· Own production of all relevant documentation. · Direct the board through OJEU ( and its constituent parts.) · Ensure that all the correct activities are detailed within the project plan. · Be accountable for all activities within that plan. · Present a signed contract for EastNet.

To include but necessarily be limited to: · Discovery activities (Prior Information Notice) · PQQ · Invitation to Participate in Dialogue (ITPD) · Invitation to Submit Final Bid (ITSFB)
