## Description

Leicestershire County Council is working jointly with Leicester City Council and Rutland County Council to undertake a procurement process to identify and appoint service providers to provide statutory advocacy services as detailed in the specifications\. The Requirements have been divided into the following work packages \(Lots\): • Lot 1 - Independent Care Act Advocacy \(ICAA\); • Lot 2 - Independent Mental Health Advocacy \(IMHA\); • Lot 3 - Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy \(IMCA\) • Lot 4 - Independent Complaints Advocacy Service \(ICAS\) Tenderers are invited to bid for all or any of the above Lots, however will only be permitted to win a maximum of three lots\. ocess to identify and appoint service providers to provide statutory advocacy services as detailed in the specifications\.
