Work description
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is looking to commission 4 Rapid Evidence Assessments (REAs), to inform and provide context to the MoJ's evaluation of the HMCTS reform programme. The REAs are required to understand the current evidence base, to identify where evidence gaps lie and to inform primary research choices. The contractor will be responsible for delivery of the below by the end of November 2022: - Providing insight into the evidence base surrounding reform to the courts and tribunals. - Providing a clear and concise REA summary report, collating findings from the evidence re-view work, detailing the approach taken and communicating the conclusions. The report should be of publishable standard and follow the structure the MoJ provides. - Ensuring a detailed record is kept of the approach taken and the results at each stage of the process. - Ensuring quality assurance measures are taken.
