Work description
Following an occupational therapists report we are converting the garage to provide a toilet and storage facility (for medical supplies) for the resident who is unable to use the upstairs toilet when other family members are home and needs access to the toilet at all times. A site visit is mandatory for this tender.
Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is running an open tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the single storey rear extension at Aintree Close - to provide a ground floor toilet (The Works)
