Work description
Ascent Homes are looking to appoint a subcontractor(s) to carry out Groundworks, Roads & Sewers as part of the 26nr new build housing development at Pennine Way, Bellingham.
This project has been divided into the following lots: Lot 1 - Groundworks including compound, S278 works and substructures Lot 2 - Roads and Sewers only Contractors can bid for one or both lots.
