## Description

POL requires a supplier to come onboard and conduct a discovery exercise, identify the solution, produce a PoC, a Migration Strategy through to Go-Live\. Alongside the NBIT requirements, there is a need to complete a detailed analysis of the enterprise estate to ensure that FR FIDC can be used as the IDAM platform for all of POL's needs, including Branch Hub, Service now, Marketing Portal and Horizon\.
