RM6208 Debt Management Services

The Home Office awarded and signed a contract in January 2023 via the CCS Framework RM6208 (Debt Management Services). The procurement established a contract with a supplier for the provision of a comprehensive debt management and collection service. The scope of the contract included analytics, debt collection, enforcement and litigation, fraud and error, and consultancy services. The contract was designed to provide both operational delivery and strategic support to strengthen the Home Office's debt management approach, improve recovery outcomes, ensure compliance, and promote the fair treatment of individuals.
