Personal Protective Equipment and Workwear Tender 2017 - 2019

Tender for the supply of Personal Protective Equipment and Work Wear contracts.

We are seeking to procure one supplier for each lots detailed below:

• Lot 1: Personal Protective Equipment inclusive of consumable items (Headwear, hearing, sight, Gloves, respiratory equipment) • Lot 2: Corporate Work Wear Inclusive of consumable items. • Lot 3: Footwear

Suppliers can choose the number of lots which they would like to submit a tender for. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded on an individual basis.

The contracts will be for a 2-year period commencing on 3rd April 2017. The contracts may be extended for a further 1 year period subject to a value for money review which will take into account cost, performance and quality delivered during the original contract term.

The estimated annual spend for each lot is detailed below: • Lot 1: £14,000 • Lot 2: £49,000 • Lot 3: £17,000

KWL can offer no guarantee of spend, volume or frequency of orders made in any of the above lots.

We anticipate the contract documentation to be available in November
