Description

The IT is delivering more projects than ever on behalf of the business as a result of Transformation. The projects have significant benefits for the business, if the business change is managed well and the transition to operations is successfully achieved. The business change capability within the MCA is not high and is being developed as part of Transformation. To ensure the capability is developed in parallel with delivering benefits for the projects in flight, a business change support is required for the IT function for the remainder of Financial Year (FY) 20/21.
