We would like to commission a Culture Audit to: • Deep dive in our culture, by providing insight into individual motivators and drivers and how this is broken down by directorates, teams, age groups and protected characteristics\. • To understand the 'why' behind displayed behaviours or resistance and suggest solutions\.
