Sheltered Housing - Master restricted suited locks and keys

Due to operational and security requirements, we need to replace current 'suited' locks & keys to 11 sheltered scheme properties (listed below), with new 'master restricted suited' locks and keys to all flats and some ancillary fire doors to these properties. Also, we would like to provide additional master restricted suited locks and keys for lock changes / swaps (to address operational issues currently faced). This will improve the security and safety of the social housing tenants who reside in this type of property.
